If someone sneaked it on your food or something, what would its effects be?
When I say healthy individual, I mean a young male without cardiovascular or erectile problems.
Would he be able to tell something’s different?

I am in my 50′s and without viagra or cialis (which I prefer) it takes real stimulation to get me hard (the wife being naked works well) but if I take cialis just thinking about it gets me going.
also in my case being 55 I notice that I am hard like when I was younger when I take the meds and I am a little less when I do not
