I don’t really understand it, if a guy has erectile dysfunction does that mean he can’t even feel sex or have any kind of desire?

It means he may feel desire, but is unable to get an erection, not talking about maintaining an erection, cause I think many men have difficulty with that depending on the circumstances, but if a male cannot even get an erection, then that can be a problem
